My vision for Simi Valley is simple:

A vibrant economy, which supports

A financially stable government, providing

Exceptional, responsive public services, especially those that keep our community safe.

We have an amazing community and a great quality of life here in Simi Valley—but we can do even better. Our Simi Valley Town Center has struggled for years. With smart planning and community input, we can transform it into a destination for entertainment and retail spaces that drive local jobs and generate new revenue for city services. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity, and I’ll work to make sure we get it right. Our city’s employee pension program is severely underfunded. I’ll push for transparent, responsible budgeting so we can meet our obligations without compromising essential services. At the same time, we must spend smarter. While we struggle to fund vital programs like Meals on Wheels, the city continues to spend on low priority items including consulting contracts. I’ll work to reduce waste and prioritize spending where it truly matters—on the people and programs that serve Simi Valley residents. We can do better—and together, we will.
